How the championship works: The regional competition will be held in a double-elimination format at 16 locations and is scheduled for May 16/17-19. The 16 winners will advance to the Super Regional, where the two teams will play a best-of-three series on May 23-25 or May 24-26. Eight winners will advance to her 2024 Women’s College World Series in Oklahoma City. WCWS will begin on May 30th with a double-elimination format. The final two teams will play his best-of-three series for the national championship starting June 5th.
