Truth Social’s SPAC Partners
Truth Social is in the process of going public through a merger with a SPAC. Digital World Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ:DWAC).
Truth Social describes itself as “an American ‘big tent’ social media platform that fosters open, free and honest global conversation without discriminating based on political ideology.”
The deal will take a long time to close and some hurdles remain, but Truth Social could join the following companies: meta (NASDAQ:META) and snap (NYSE:SNAP) as the biggest beneficiary of the upcoming presidential election and a potential TikTok ban.
