Additionally, consider using dark or night mode in the evening to reduce exposure to blue light, which has been linked to disrupted sleep patterns. Being mindful of your screen time and adopting these strategies will not only improve your visual comfort, but will also contribute to your overall health.
3. Don’t stop blinking
Blinking, which is often overlooked, is extremely important for keeping your eyes moist. Extended screen time can cause you to blink less often, which can make your eyes dry and irritated.
