Innocean Global CEO William Lee announced that he has established a social marketing corporation, Innocean S, to strengthen social media marketing services.
Innocean S is a full-service social marketing agency with capabilities ranging from developing and operating social media marketing strategies to creating content and serving clients around the world. Scheduled to begin operations this month, Innocean aims to use his Innocean S to improve its social marketing capabilities.
Lee Yoon-kyung, former Innocean team leader, has been appointed CEO of Innocean S.


Since joining Innocean through an open recruitment process in 2007, Lee has spent nearly 16 years leading high-profile clients in Korea and abroad, honing and developing his global business skills to an excellent level. Not only does she have a deep understanding and insight into the Social Her business as an account executive, but she is also very attuned to changing trends, making her the right person to be the CEO of the Social Her marketing company. .
“Social media has become the first gateway that customers have to pass through in their journey,” says Lee.
“At this critical time, Innocean S strives to be a solutionist, providing innovative solutions to the missions and problems that brands (advertisers) face.
The company added that Innocean S will not only operate social media channels, but will also actively propose a comprehensive branding direction from a strategic perspective.


Previously, Innocean acquired Studio Lennon, a VFX (visual effects) company, to strengthen its creative capabilities, and subsequently founded Studio Abit, which specializes in content production. It also acquired digital performance marketing company D.Purple, followed by media representative D-Plan360. This year, the company plans to pursue M&A to enhance its digital capabilities overseas, including in Europe.
