AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Panhandle community colleges including Clarendon University, Amarillo College and Frank Phillips are all receiving a significant investment of $683 million in the 2024-2025 fiscal year.

Regional universities like Clarendon University are among the 14 universities in Texas with an enrollment of fewer than 5,000 students.
