WWE decided on a great way to bring The Rock back for a special surprise appearance. monday night raw Last week’s show took the audience out of their loving hell by first introducing Jinder Mahal and teasing him as the “former WWE Champion” who had been rumored to appear. It was a great turnaround and showed us quite a few fun photos and videos showing the contrast in reactions to both entrances.
Eventually, Mahal fell prey to Rock and became an easy target for verbal and physical abuse. He was there to beat The Rock, and he did exactly what everyone expected him to do.
Here’s the fun part – he’s now the number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship!
meanwhile Living This week, Mahal interrupted Seth Rollins’ rant about being disrespected and underrated. Rollins responded by offering a free shot. Jinder did not bite until the champion turned his back and a scuffle ensued. It was then announced that the fight would be decided in a World Heavyweight Championship match next week.
There are benefits to rubbing elbows with The Rock after all, even if you’re turned off by all of his jokes and physically dominated.
