Grip Invest, a D2C investment platform for retail investors founded in 2020, announced that it has raised US$10 million in Series B funding. The round was led by Stride Ventures with participation from LC Nueva, Multiply Ventures, Venture Highway, Anicut Capital, and AdvantEdge.
“The US$10 million injection, especially in this environment, is a testament to our investors’ confidence in our business model, growth prospects and team. Stride Ventures is a financial giant with a deep understanding of alternative investing. It’s not just the capital that they’re excited about, but also the potential for strategic partnerships. According to the company’s official release, the funds raised will be used to expand business operations, increase customer awareness, build a trusted brand, expand product distribution, and build additional investor-facing features on the platform. The focus will be on
Grip allows retail investors to explore options across various risk-reward levels with accessible minimums starting from INR 10,000.
So far, the startup has facilitated investments of over Rs 8,000 crore. Grip Invest’s service offerings include asset leasing (LeaseX), corporate debt, commercial real estate, and startup equity.
