Successful coach and real estate agent: “I can’t imagine life without Cyberbackers” – Mission Matters Podcast

BEVERLY HILLS, Jan. 19, 2024 (Globe Newswire) — Marie Hoke understands virtual leverage better than most first-time CyberCEOs. She started her real estate career as a virtual assistant. Hawke says it was an “easy” choice for her to work with Cyber backer. She thanked her Cyber backer for their great communication in preparing her for the interview process. “I felt like she wasn’t going to go blind,” she says.
Hawk and Cyberbacker Legg immediately shared a connection during the interview. “She was very well-trained, very well-spoken, very smart, very talented, very kind, very positive,” Hawk says. Although Hawk and Reg had good chemistry, it took work to ensure their partnership was a success. Communication is “huge,” Hawke said. “She has to be open to talk to me, and I have to be open to talk to her,” Hawk says, especially since no one is perfect.
Reg assists Hoke with countless important tasks, including managing Hoke’s schedule, creating social media content, communicating with clients, writing notes, and processing payroll. “My health has improved because of her,” Hawk said. Reg’s work allows Hawk to focus on what matters most: his family.
Reg and Hawke have become more than colleagues in the three years they’ve worked together. “I consider her an extension of her family,” Hawk said. “She knows my heart.”
