12th MKE Business Now Entrepreneurship Summit is set to be held in Saturday, January 27th from 10am to 3pm at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. School, 3275 N. 3rd St.Councilwoman Mirele A. Coggsis freely available to the public.
The MKE Business Now Entrepreneurship Summit is held to support the growth of local entrepreneurship and help innovators drive economic development, neighborhood reinvestment, and job creation. This event is sponsored by Historic King Drive Business Improvement District 8, Wisconsin African American Chamber of Commerce, City of Milwaukee, and Alderwoman Cogs.

In addition to business resource vendors and workshops, this year’s program will feature special keynote speakers. Tish Taylor – Searcy, serial entrepreneur, brand manager, and marketing executive. She is the owner and founder of her BRANDFETISH®, a boutique brand management and integrated marketing agency that provides development and execution of marketing and visibility campaigns for emerging and forward-thinking businesses, entrepreneurs and entertainment venues. Additionally, she is the founder of startup Bossy Coffee®, a specialty ground coffee company.
Her portfolio includes overseeing high-level campaigns for brands such as Scott Tissue and Sony Music Group. She has also positioned herself as an authority in the entertainment field by guiding and managing the career of her son, singer and actor Jacob Lattimore.
