On January 10, 2024, the Fund issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that Infrastructure Dividend Split Corporation (the “Merger”), a split company to be formed in connection with the Merger, announced their intention to merge. Prior to the Merger, Unitholders of the Fund will have the right to redeem Fund Units in accordance with the Fund’s Declaration of Trust, with an effective redemption date of March 27, 2024 (the “Redemption Date”). The press release incorrectly stated the redemption date as March 28, 2024. Unitholders participating in the redemption will not be eligible to receive any distributions due on April 15, 2024.
