Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®) has announced the roundtable discussion topics to be considered at the inaugural Digital Horizons 360 (DH360) Symposium to be held next month in Palma de Mallorca, Spain .
An invitation-only, non-sales event, DH360 brings together dozens of hospitality leaders for roundtable discussions on the technologies expected to have the biggest impact on the industry in Europe. This year’s topics include AI risk mitigation in guest services, local and globalized data protection challenges in hospitality, digital identity technology use cases, and how HFTP supports European hospitality finance and technology professionals Includes what you can do. The resulting discussions will be recorded for posterity and published in the future by event partner École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL).
In addition to the forum, Digital Horizons 360 will also serve as the venue for Entrepreneur 20X (E20X), the leading startup pitch competition in hospitality technology, exclusively sponsored by Portuguese venture capital firm BAE Ventures .
Returning to the continent for the first time in five years, six promising SMEs will take to the stage to showcase their pioneering tools to a panel of industry experts.

All participants will receive a USD 10,000 payment processing credit from Stripe, the financial processing giant and sponsor of the E20X Europe Awards, but the companies that most impress the judges and the audience of DH360 participants will each win and the People’s Choice Award. This year’s Judges’ Choice winners will receive an additional $30,000 in fee-free processing credits from Stripe.
