Justin Timberlake is on tour!
The 42-year-old musician, who released his new single “Selfish” on Thursday, announced he was “going on tour” and revealed his new Forget Tomorrow World Tour on Thursday’s episode. The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
“You performed in Memphis and you nailed it. It was a free show,” Fallon, 49, said during their conversation on the show.
“Yay. My hometown, yeah,” Timberlake said.
“That’s where it started. That’s where I played ‘Selfish’ for the first time,” Fallon continued, referring to Timberlake’s next free gig at New York City’s Irving Plaza.
“Should I tell them?” the actor and singer asked, before the host asked, “Do you have anything to say?”
“Jimmy is going to open up,” the “Suits & Tie” star said with a smile.

“No, that’s not what they want to hear,” Fallon laughed, then asked, “Are you going to perform more?”
“Hmm, maybe,” Timberlake smiled at the audience as people started cheering.
“Do you have anything to announce?” Fallon continued, to which Timberlake responded, “No, no. I have nothing to announce. I’m announcing it,” he said, holding up his next album. Everything I thought.
“No, no, no. How about something a little extra?” Fallon asked again. However, Timberlake insisted he was “still putting together a setlist for Irving Plaza.”
“What I’m saying is, if you say the right thing, there might be something the audience might want to hear,” Fallon began shouting to cheers. “People are watching from home. If they want something, they can go to justintimberlake.com and get something.”
“Do you have anything to announce?” the broadcaster yelled before a drum roll was heard.
“What’s going on now?” Timberlake said, looking confused. “Yeah, that’s it,” he added, as Fallon showed him the back of the card.
“Yeah, we’re going on tour,” Timberlake finally revealed as the audience cheered, and he and Fallon laughed.
Fallon later revealed that the new tour is a “world tour” dubbed “Forget Tomorrow.” [World] trip. ”

Meanwhile, on Thursday, Timberlake shared a video of his time with Fallon on his Instagram. In one clip, reposted from Fallon Tonight’s Instagram account to the singer’s Stories, Fallon turned around before guests could peek into her room. “When I heard @justintimberlake was releasing her new single ‘Selfish’ #FallonTonight,” the video was captioned, accompanied by soothing music.
Meanwhile, in another video reposted on Timberlake’s Stories, the two joined The Roots to sing a medley of Timberlake’s songs, starting with his new single “Selfish.” Afterwards, they sang a number of the *NSYNC alumni’s hit songs that left a lasting impression. “Suits & Tie,” “Señorita,” and “My Love.”
Fallon and Timberlake entertained their followers with another video they shared on their Instagrams on Thursday. In the clip, Fallon appeared to be walking like a penguin while Timberlake stared at him. The singer then casually pushed the host as he made his way down the hallway, after which the two excitedly said, “I’m doing great!”
As the video plays along with Toy Story’s “You Got a Friend in Me,” Timberlake’s caption reads, “Come back to us…”
