It has a pleasantly rich, creamy consistency without the grainy texture often associated with high-protein or plant-based yogurts. Highly nutritious with 8 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber and made from live active cultures. Peach yogurt and strawberry yogurt have just 8 grams of added sugar, while vanilla yogurt has only 9 grams. All flavors contain no artificial flavors or preservatives. In addition to being free of animal products, Fy Yogurt is also free of nuts, soy, and gluten, making it an allergy-friendly option for many consumers.
