iCapital, a prominent fintech platform in the global alternative investment market, announced the appointment of Magdalena Pandiroska as Chief Marketing Officer to drive the company’s global growth.
Mr. Pandiroska will join the company’s Executive Committee and report directly to Lawrence Carcano, iCapital’s Chairman and CEO. Concurrently, Christine Dusek will assume the role of Senior Vice President and Head of Global Communications, reporting to Pandiloska.
In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the company’s global marketing and communications, including branding, advertising, content creation, digital strategy, event organization, market intelligence, and marketing operations. Her appointment is part of iCapital’s strategy to drive global growth and expansion in the alternative investment market.
Prior to joining iCapital, Pandiloska was Chief Marketing Officer at Microsoft Canada, where she played a pivotal role in the company’s latest marketing transformation. Her career also includes roles as head of marketing at other notable companies such as Dyson, TORLYS, Seavus and Ein-Sof. Her expertise spans over 20 years and represents a rich history as a global marketing leader.
Additionally, Pandiroska holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from St. Clement Ohridsky University in Macedonia, Europe. She is active in the community, serving on the MMBA Basketball Association Board of Directors and as a former member of the CMA MarTech, DEI, and B2B committees.
Pandyroska’s appointment to iCapital comes at a time when the firm is positioning itself at the forefront of digital transformation in alternative investing. Her role is pivotal in improving iCapital’s brand image and expanding its reach in global markets.

Christine Dusek will be responsible for iCapital’s global communications strategy, including internal and external communications, public relations, and corporate reputation programs. Her career includes leadership roles at her top strategic communications consulting firm, Mylan Pharmaceuticals, IqVia, and Ruder Finn, and she is at Bankers Trust Company. She started her career in investment banking.
