The Department of Justice has filed multiple lawsuits against Chinese hackers in the past, the most recent one in 2021.
Meanwhile, the FBI director will say that China now deserves the attention of the American people.
“They are targeting our freedoms, reaching within our borders and across America to silence, coerce and intimidate our citizens and residents,” he said.
