Brian Ferguson has been named chief merchandising officer of EG America.
C-store giant EG America has added two people to its executive team.
The company, which operates Certified Oil, Cumberland Farms, Kwik Shop, Tom Thumb and other convenience store chains, has appointed Brian Ferguson as chief marketing officer, managing the company’s retail merchandising, food and blended beverages, marketing, category management, and more. and will be in charge of all merchandising. Additionally, Brian Potvin joins EG America as vice president of procurement, leading the centralization of procurement processes across EG America’s 10 retail banners and its corporate support functions.
Most recently, Potvin served as vice president of procurement for Sevita Health. Prior to that, he held several strategic sourcing and financial inventory management roles at BJ’s Wholesale Club from 2007 to 2017.
