Radisson Blu Resort, Fujairah has appointed Marie Bernadette Ortiguera as Marketing & Communications Manager.

With a wealth of experience, Ortiguera brings valuable expertise to his new role at one of Fujairah’s premier resort destinations.

Ortiguera’s career in the hospitality industry began as a sales secretary and steadily progressed through various positions, including executive marketing and communications and assistant director of marketing and communications, culminating in this appointment.

One of Ortiguera’s notable accomplishments in his career has been managing two major rebranding projects for acclaimed Accor Group and Marriott International hotels.

Additionally, she played a key role in launching the StayWell brand in the region while overseeing marketing and communications for other Park Regis hotels as Regional Marketing & Communications Manager.

Mr. Ortiguera’s achievements also include the successful launch of the first Swiss hotel in the UAE, the AccorHotels venture in 2017, and the successful launch of the region’s largest Rotana Hotels & Resorts property in 2012. Her dedication and outstanding work earned her such honors as Employee of the Year and awards. She was nominated as CSR Person of the Year by Middle East Hoteliers.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Marie is an influential figure in the digital field, working as an influencer, content creator, lifestyle & food blogger, and Tiktoker in her spare time. She has collaborated with famous brands and promoted important events such as Dubai Travel Destination and Dubai Shopping Festival by Dubai Tourism Board.

Marie has also been featured on prominent media platforms such as Dubai Sports TV, Khaleej Times, Kapamilya TFC TV Channel, Filipino Times, Global Filipino Magazine, and Lovin Dubai.
