US Treasury yields rise ahead of PCE
US Treasury yields rose slightly as traders awaited the latest PCE report. The benchmark 10-year government bond yield rose 3 basis points to 4.303%. The two-year bond yield also rose 3 basis points to 4.679%.

The Dow heads for a four-month winning streak for the first time in three years
The major averages are heading for another strong month, with the Nasdaq up 5.1% and the S&P 500 on pace to gain 4.6%.
What is even more noteworthy is the Dow Jones Industrial Average’s winning streak. If February ends tomorrow in positive territory, the 30-stock index will seal a four-month winning streak for the first time since the streak ended in May 2021. The index is currently up 2.1% since the beginning of the month.

Snowflake and Octa are among the stocks that move the most after the bell
Below are some stocks that are rising after the bell.
- Snowflake — Snowflake stock plunged 21% after the business software company announced the departure of CEO Frank Slootman. The news comes at the same time as the company’s first-quarter product revenue outlook was lower than expected, although its quarterly results were better than expected.
- Duolingo — The language learning platform soared 22% as it beat quarterly expectations and had strong average monthly users and bookings. Duolingo also provided strong revenue guidance for the first quarter and full year.
- Okta — Okta rose 24% on better-than-expected quarterly results and first-quarter guidance.
