TechFW, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering innovation and empowering technology entrepreneurs, has named veteran entrepreneur Ryan Braun as its new chief executive officer.
According to TechFW, Brown has extensive entrepreneurial experience in a variety of industries, including aerospace and defense, and has led company growth and executive leadership in real estate, finance, nonprofits, events, and more. He successfully transformed the Texas Earth Day event into his global EarthX initiative.
TechFW said Brown’s entrepreneurial and mission-driven background positions him to lead and scale a high-impact nonprofit. As CEO, Brown will provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, operational oversight and development to ensure TechFW’s continued success and growth.
“The future of entrepreneurship is bright, and I am committed to ensuring TechFW remains at the forefront of this movement,” Brown said in a statement. “We build on our strong foundation by meeting and listening to our partners and stakeholders, engaging with our incredible community of entrepreneurs and supporters, and collaborating with our boards and teams to develop and execute our plans.
