Eftikis Vasilakis, head of Aegean Airlines, was this week awarded the Greek Entrepreneur of the Year award by EY Greece.
This honor means that Mr. Vasilakis will represent Greece at the EY World Entrepreneur of the Year Awards to be held in June in Monte Carlo, along with winners from 47 other countries and territories.
He also won the EY Dynamically Developing Entrepreneur award.
“We are a service group and a 60-year-old family business that started with the efforts of my father and mother. My mother [Emmanuela Vassilaki] She is still working and she is also the chairman of the board of Autoheras,” Vasilakis said.
