Mr. Fullhouse has extensive experience in corporate finance for publicly traded companies and has advised numerous companies on public stock listings, strategic transactions, financing, and institutional investor strategies. Mr. Fullhouse graduated from North Carolina State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Mr. Fullhouse currently serves on the Board of Advisors of the North Carolina State University Poole School of Business, where he chairs the Finance Program Advisory Committee.
