Accenture has agreed to acquire the business of media and marketing technology company Gixy, strengthening Accenture Song’s efforts to drive growth in the Indonesian market. Jixie is headquartered in Singapore and focuses on serving Indonesian customers.
Through Gixie’s digital marketing platform and team, Accenture aims to provide more personalized experiences and enhanced customer engagement to Indonesian customers, according to a company statement.

Jixie’s platform is an advertising ecosystem that connects publishers and brand owners to co-create solutions through customer insights without intermediaries.
The platform also provides access to monetization tools such as header bidding solutions and performance marketing to increase advertising revenue.
“The convergence of marketing, data science and technology creates an opportunity for companies to redefine their customer engagement models,” said Jayant Bhargava, Accenture’s country managing director for Indonesia.
“Jixie’s intelligent digital marketing solutions complement our technology expertise and offer businesses the proposition to bring greater levels of personalization and effectiveness to their marketing efforts,” Bhargava added.
The integration of Jixie’s platform is also aimed at leveraging Indonesia’s rapidly growing digital economy, which is set to reach US$146 billion by 2025 and eight times more by 2030, according to a company statement. is predicted to grow.

Accenture Song aims to further strengthen its offering in Indonesia, having recently acquired brand and experience agency Romp. Accenture’s recent acquisitions also include Rabbit’s Tale, a creative and digital experience agency in Thailand, and Fiftyfive5, a global customer insights and advisory agency.
