All-Ohio Future Fund now accepting applications for economic development assistance

Ohio State Sen. Michael Lurie says the All-Ohio Future Fund is now open and accepting applications from Valley communities to help develop site-ready sites for future economic development projects. Announced.
The fund will provide $750 million to local communities to help them prepare sites and attract new and innovative businesses. Lurie said this funding will provide opportunities to create life-changing opportunities for many communities in Ohio.
“Ohio is the best place in the country to do business. We have access to so many resources and a ready workforce,” Lulli said.
Costs eligible for funding include infrastructure costs such as public road work, water, wastewater and related infrastructure, design and engineering, demolition, wetland mitigation, and utility gap funding.
Eligible applicants include counties, cities, villages, townships, port authorities, community improvement corporations, preserves and park districts, or other similar park authorities, land reuse corporations, nonprofit organizations, transportation improvement districts, and commercial entities willing to develop project-ready sites.
