Allor Opportunity Fund, which obtained registration as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in October 2022, has so far secured in-principle commitments of over Rs. ET reported.
Founder and Managing Partner Gaurav Gulati said the firm’s investment approach covers everything from seed to Series C. The two companies said they plan to lead investments from seed to Series A rounds, and co-invest in Series B and C.
