The Boulder Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday recognized business leaders for their innovation and impact at its annual Leadership Celebration event.
Doug Green, founder of New Hope Network, will receive the Frannie Reich Lifetime Achievement Award, and Ryland Labaka, founder and executive director of the Center for African and African American Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder, will receive the group award. won the Impact Award.
