As part of the transaction, Evli will remain as a minority strategic investor and EAI will rebrand as Allshares, with the goal of becoming a market leader in compensation and long-term incentive software and services for both public and private companies. .
Already trusted by leading multinational corporations, Allshares will now provide an end-to-end digital turnkey solution for stock plan management to approximately 300 multinational public and private enterprise customers in over 100 countries. . Companies and participants can use the company’s proprietary software and services to manage their share plans in full compliance with relevant regulatory, legal and tax frameworks, as well as provide seamless and automated support for share plans.
