Reward: For routine business purchases like office supplies or client dinners, you earn 2 Membership Rewards points per dollar on your first $50,000 of purchases per year, and 1 on all other purchases thereafter. Earn 1 point per dollar.

Other advantages and disadvantages: If you need a business card right away, this could be a good option as Amex offers fast shipping and virtual card access for a quick turnaround. Another great benefit of this card is the introductory APR offer. 0% introductory APR at time of purchase for 12 months from account opening date, then variable interest rate from 18.49% to 26.49%. However, there is one drawback. After the first $50,000 per year, the rate of return decreases.
