Due to the change in our company’s fiscal year-end from December 31st to June 30th, which was approved by our board of directors,board) The August 25, 2023 financial statements and MD&A present our financial results for the three and six months ended December 31, 2023 and the three months ended December 31, 2022. and a comparison of the company’s financial performance for six months is provided. The Company received year-end change approval from the Canada Revenue Agency on November 30, 2023.

The Company’s gas production for the three and six months ended December 31, 2023 averaged 668 mcf and 334 mcf per day, respectively (for the three months ended December 31, 2022: 1,084mcf and 593mcf). The company’s wells produced an average of 1,307 mcf (net for the company) per day during his 47 days in production from November 2023 to December 2023.
