chris bohjalian’s club Opens its world premiere at George Street Playhouse on March 1st
David Saint is directing the New Jersey Theater production.

New Jersey’s George Street Playhouse officially opens world premiere of Chris Bohjalian (Cabin attendant, lioness) club March 1st February 27th after previews begin. The limited effort will continue until his March 17th. Artistic Director David Saint will be at the helm.
Starring Grace Experience (ground) Marion Willows as Ryan George (midwife) Ali Marsh as Peter Kendricks (Commons of Pensacola) Brendan Ryan as Anne Burrows (west side story) as John Willows, Samaria Nixon-Fleming (harry potter and the cursed child) Angela Kendricks, Skyler Hensley (devil’s hollow) Fred Weller as Olive Burroughs (To Kill an Alabama Story) as Richard Burrows. Casting is McCorkle Casting.
The film centers on three couples who seek refuge from the chaotic outside world, only to discover that their suburban living room may not be the refuge they thought.
“I was immediately struck by how this complex and fascinating play, set in 1968 New Jersey, had an uncanny relevance to the present day,” Saint said in a previous statement. “Chris’s nuanced look at white saviorism and the lies we tell each other and ourselves is sure to spark a lot of discussion and debate on the ride home.”
The production features set, projection, and media design by James Youmans. Costume designer: Lisa Zinni. Lighting design by Tyler Mikolow. Original music and sound design by Scott Killian. Wig and hair design by Tommy Kurtzman. Rick Sodere will serve as fight director and Samantha Flint will serve as production stage manager.
