Every year during the holiday season, YDR offers our readers the opportunity to support their communities through our Christmas Emergency Fund.
In 2023, YDR selected the York County Food Bank as the beneficiary of its fundraising efforts as many local residents struggle to put food on the table as inflation increases the cost of groceries.
For more than 30 years, the York County Food Bank has supported the principle that food is a basic human right, distributing millions of healthy meals each year.
Traditions Bank has partnered with YDR to collect and disburse all mail donations free of charge, so every penny goes to supporting local residents.
