Bitcoin above $46,300 after US SEC approves spot ETFs; Ethereum jumps 10%
The crypto market was trading over 3% higher on Thursday following the US SEC’s approval of 11 spot Bitcoin ETFs.The US Securities and Exchange Commission approved 11 applications, including from BlackRock, Ark Investments/21Shares, Fidelity, Invesco and VanEck, among others, according to a notice on its website. ICRA expects the industry to report all-time high revenues and net profits with a year-on-year (YoY) expansion of 18-22% and 22-25%, respectively, in FY2024.
