Position Summary: The Account Coordinator role is a full-time position at Secretly Distribution within the company’s Account Marketing department.
These positions are responsible for executing marketing account strategies across all release campaigns. They work with Account Marketing Managers to create and execute marketing for both new release and catalog campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting on performance throughout the campaign cycle and assisting in advising on strategies and best practices.

- Coordinate and execute account marketing plans for release campaigns • Participate in account marketing strategies with partners to ensure approved marketing across accounts.
- Participate in calls and implement best practice materials to optimize account strategies for Secretly Distribution partners.
- Create account marketing performance reports and collect data to inform future campaign strategies.
- Create and send marketing newsletters
- Assists team members within the department with one-off projects, out-of-office assistance, and reporting needs.
- Stay up-to-date on current and emerging marketing trends within the industry
The ideal candidate will demonstrate
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential
- Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to easily build genuine relationships.
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Passionate about music and familiarity with the Secretly Distribution label is a plus
- Previous marketing experience is a plus
- Previous office experience is a plus

- Chicago Salary Range: $46,750,000
- New York salary range: $55,250,000
