The board of directors of Dearborn-based Campbell Marketing and Communications Inc. has named Barbara McAllister the company’s chief operating officer and Paul Delano its new chief financial officer.

Mr. McAllister joined Ford Motor Company as a member of its fund account team. She was later promoted to vice president and directed all of Campbell’s work on behalf of Ford’s corporate citizenship.
In 2023, she assumed the additional role of Deputy Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Campbell, McAllister worked with Forbes Her Group and the Masonic Temple to produce large-scale events. She is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit.

Mr. Delano joined the company as Facilities Director and later held roles in accounting and finance. He was appointed the company’s comptroller in 2020 and was responsible for guiding the agency through the financial challenges posed by the pandemic. Delano graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and received his MBA from Walsh University in Troy.
