SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Drury University has received a significant gift in celebration of its 150th anniversary.
According to a Feb. 14 press release, the O’Reilly and Wooten families have committed to providing Drury with $1.5 million in matching funds.
Matching funds will be donated to the Fortify the Future campaign as part of the O’Reilly Wooten 150th Anniversary Challenge. In this challenge, all donations made to the Drury Student Success Fund between now and May 31, 2024 will be matched in full.
Rosalie O’Reilly Wooten said, “The O’Reilly and Wooten families are pleased to offer this 150th Anniversary Challenge as a way to thank Drury for all they have done for us and celebrate the bright future that lies ahead.” Ta. “We hope that many of our friends and alumni will join us in the celebration and help us meet this challenge.”
Donors designate their contributions to the Student Success Fund in one or more categories, including scholarships and financial aid, student services, faculty and academic programs, facilities, or other needs that most impact student success. You can choose.
