IDB Programming provides customized continuing education and leadership development opportunities for military, government, and industry leaders. For more than 25 years, this nonprofit education organization has offered executive education courses, online training programs, and custom-designed programs to equip leaders with enhanced knowledge, skills, and tools for success.

IDB training covers a wide range of topics including leadership, strategic planning, competitive logistics, innovation, risk management, data fluency, artificial intelligence, problem solving, critical thinking, and more. The program’s faculty are subject matter experts and are comprised of professors, experts, and other experts from UNC System universities, industry, and the public and private sectors, including the Department of Defense.
IDB leaders say this unique program will also foster collaboration between public and private sector organizations and academia to address common objectives and challenges.
