EdenTree Investment Management has appointed a chairperson for its Responsible Investment Advisory Committee.
Will Oulton (pictured) takes over the role and brings a wealth of experience from across the sustainable investing space.
He is currently President of the European Sustainable Investment Forum (Eurosif), Non-Executive Director of the UK-based Marine Conservation Society and Board Champion for Ocean Restoration, and Chair of the Charles III Sustainability Council. He also chairs the Accounting (A4S) Specialty Committee. .
Prior to these roles, he served as Global Head of Responsible Investing at First Sentier Investors for 10 years from 2012 to 2022.
There, he spearheaded the development and implementation of an award-winning global, integrated, value-added and responsible investment strategy.
In his new role on the EdenTree Responsible Investment Advisory Board, Mr. Orton will provide independent oversight of the firm’s responsible and sustainable investing approach, along with other financial and business appointees seeking their deep knowledge and expertise. joins senior figures.
