Emma O’Brien, founder of Enbridge Consulting, has been named Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2023 Growing Business Awards.
Now in its 26th year, the awards recognize outstanding companies, while also highlighting specific small and medium-sized businesses that deserve attention.
The Entrepreneur of the Year category recognizes entrepreneurs with a long track record of success in business.
O’Brien, who founded Enbridge Consulting in 2009, was awarded the title at the Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square in London.
The award reflects Enbridge’s sustained efforts to deliver 25 new digital transformation projects and win eight new managed services clients, including Surrey County Council and Islamic Relief, in the past 12 months. It follows a period of growth.
Looking back on the award, O’Brien said, “I am extremely honored to receive such a prestigious award, especially in this category.” I still pinch myself when people call me an “entrepreneur.” I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to be able to do what I do.
