BALTIMORE — When you select a row, Fugett appears at the beginning of every row. Whether it’s practicing law when black people can’t or opening a women’s shoe store when women can’t, it’s about surprising America and building a billion-dollar business.
This family has a lot of educational background behind their name and looks like a weather map.
Russell Fugett is next to succeed. Little Russ had no choice but to succeed. His role models, his mom and dad, said education was key. and use that key to open the door for someone else.
His father was the best player at Cardinal Gibbons. Before going to the NFL, Gene interned with the Orioles during the summer semester at Amherst College. He analyzed the statistics and allowed manager Earl Weaver to use them to help the Orioles win ballgames. Interestingly, Gene’s daughter Odie married Oriole superstar Adam Jones.
Life comes full circle. All Russell is doing is trying to flatten it. “I started the Equity Endowment, a 501(c)(3) public charity with the mission of closing the racial wealth gap. We accomplish this by creating an endowment fund that invests in fund managers and donates the proceeds to nonprofit organizations working to create more minority entrepreneurs and executives.”
Russell fell in love with Sera online. They have two beautiful daughters and Russell will continue to help others in the same way he does.
