Fidelity has received conditional approval from Cboe Canada to list units of the ETF on the exchange.
Fidelity expects the ETF to be voluntarily delisted from the TSX at the close of business on the 20th. Wednesday, March 27, 2024 Listed on Cboe Canada Thursday, March 28, 2024. After this change, units of the ETF will only be tradeable on Cboe Canada. No unitholder approval is required. The conditions set forth in Section 720(b) of the TSX Company Manual have been met. This means that there is an acceptable alternative market for the listed securities on or around the proposed delisting date.
