HARIBO is off to a great start in 2024 by breaking gummy-related world records.
The German candy company announced Friday that it has broken the Guinness World Record for the world’s largest jelly/gummy mosaic.
Featuring more than 150,000 individual gummy bears, the mosaic measures 353.1 square feet and took 300 people to construct.
The giant gummy art was created at the University of Wisconsin in Parkside, Kenosha County. The county is also the location of Haribo’s first American manufacturing facility.

“This artwork took four hours to complete and used a custom-made acrylic 12” x 12” tray inlaid with a printed design, and participants were asked to paint by numbers using HARIBO gummies. and followed suit,” Haribo said in a statement.

HARIBO is also encouraging fans to post photos of their own gummy art on social media using the hashtag #HOWiHARIBO for a chance to win $5,000 in cash and gift packs.
