Harvard Business School has announced new Executive Fellows for the spring 2024 semester. The Executive Fellows Program aims to harness the expertise of leading practitioners, many of whom are alumni, to enhance teaching and learning in schools. The Fellow will partner with at least one of her HBS faculty members to provide business experience to her HBS community.
Fellows contribute to the school by collaborating in both curricular and extracurricular activities. These include, for example, attending elective curriculum course sessions, providing career advice and developmental guidance to students, and supporting short-term intensive programs (SIPs). The fellow also brings expertise to the school’s HBS Online and Executive Education programs by collaborating with faculty on case development and other research projects. Fellowships range from a few months to a year, with possible extensions.
“When we launched the Executive Fellows Program in 2020, our goal was to create new ways for business leaders to engage with schools,” said program chair Professor Len Schlesinger. “In recent years, HBS has been fortunate to attract many talented practitioners who contribute to the school’s mission of educating leaders who strengthen communities and make a difference in the world in a variety of ways. .”
