March is celebrated as Women’s History Month in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. Each year, the Harvard Square Business Association celebrates Women’s History Month by recognizing women business owners and directors, as well as political, civic, academic, cultural, and nonprofit leaders across the Square and across the Fair City. We proudly publish our list.

This year, we are pleased to announce that Mary Catherine Daybell (President of the Harvard Square Business Association, Upstairs on the Pudding and Upstairs on the Square, Cambridge Adult Education Center and Longy School of Music) Rachel Solem (Irving House, Harding House and Turner House), both of whom sadly passed away recently.

Please join us in celebrating the incredible impact that all of these women are having in our community and beyond. We honor their dedication and hard work, celebrate their contributions, and celebrate their successes.
