Entrepreneur revolutionizes Naples’ hospitality scene with multi-concept venue
Naples, Florida, a city known for its idyllic beaches and wealthy residents, is experiencing a revolution in its hospitality scene. A trio of experienced entrepreneurs, Christopher Shukart, Marty Kenney, and Christopher Lee, have launched a multi-concept venue in the heart of the Naples Design District. Dubbed CMC Concepts, this ambitious project offers a unique blend of diverse dining and entertainment experiences, all in one easy-to-walk location.
Entrepreneurial expertise creates innovative products
Each member of this entrepreneurial trio brings different skills and experience. Shucart uses his construction and commercial real estate experience to ensure that your project’s physical space is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. A veteran in the hospitality industry, Kenney provides operational know-how to ensure each venue runs smoothly. Lee uses his experience in the food and beverage industry and his sommelier certification to create exceptional food and drink programs at a variety of venues.
Diverse experience portfolio
The CMC Concepts project introduced a variety of unique locales to Naples’ hospitality scene. These include an outdoor island oasis, Naples’ first bootlegger, a relaxed upscale lounge, a New York-themed alley bar, weekly live music, and more. Each venue is unique, from the District’s craft cocktails and small plates to the staff-only temperance-style drinks, to the island-themed Kitchen & The Mini His Bar and the soon-to-open Alley His Bar. It offers a unique atmosphere and menu.
Overcome challenges and look to the future
Despite initial delays due to city-related challenges and additional complications from Hurricane Ian, the CMC Concepts team demonstrated remarkable resilience. They have continued to adapt and develop their vision with a focus on serving young populations and promoting sustainability. District, Staff Only, and The Kitchen & The Mini Bar are already open to the public, with The Alley’s long-awaited opening in early 2024. This addition promises to further enrich Naples’ already vibrant hospitality scene.
