On Wednesday, BlackRock, one of the world’s leading asset management companies, announced the launch of the BlackRock USD Institutional Digital Liquidity (BUIDL) Fund, a tokenized investment fund developed in collaboration with Securitization Corporation.
Carlos Domingo, founder and CEO of Securitize, discusses the launch of the fund. The fund is native to the public Ethereum blockchain and aims to provide institutional-grade cash management products to cryptocurrency institutions, providing faster token issuance, redemption, and transferability.
