Bonanno is an accomplished entrepreneur and marketer who brings extensive experience working with fast-growing, innovative consumer products companies. A seasoned marketing professional with more than 12 years of experience in the media field, Bonanno previously served as one of Ralph Creative’s creative leads and as a senior advisor and executive creative director at Bilt Technologies. In 2018, she co-founded the creative agency and consultancy Better Half, where she currently serves as Chief Creative Officer. Her past clients and collaborators include iconic brands such as Netflix, Amazon, Nike, Disney, Spotify, Equinox, Airbnb, Vans, and Match Group.

She’s especially proud of every project she gets to take on, including her Future Fit efforts, where she works with her founder and her CMO to lead a major national campaign and brand refresh. She also counted Ithaca Her Hummus as a customer, but once the project began, Bonanno understood the brand’s immense potential and opportunity and quickly knew she wanted to work with them in a more influential position.
