responsibility
- In collaboration with Mahogany’s leadership team, we will be launching an all-new innovative product in Q1 2024.
- Working with Mahogany’s leadership team, we are launching a boutique music distribution service for unsigned artists following a successful beta test.
- Manage the management and strategy of original format releases, including Mahogany Sessions, in collaboration with partners ranging from unsigned artists to major independent labels to AAA talent. We create bespoke release strategies and approaches for each format based on your audience and growth goals.
- Implement new marketing strategy for Mahogany’s internal UGC playlists across all major DSP platforms.
- You will work directly with Mahogany Records’ artist roster, conceptualize and execute single, EP and LP campaigns with international partners, and work directly with artist management on day-to-day communications.
- Work with internal departments (Production, Community, A&R) to streamline the end-to-end process for delivering music products and assets to platforms, partners, and talent.
- Work with Finance to manage budgets including loyalty systems, marketing budgets, and third-party partners and services.
- Manage third party relationships including distribution partners, DSPs (international), synchronization and licensing, and label partners.
profile
- 5+ years of experience in a similar or adjacent role in the music industry.
- Track record of managing successful digital music campaigns
- Experience managing teams of both full-time and freelance roles.
