Municipality Finance issues £250m benchmark under MTN program
Municipality Finance Plc will issue a £250m benchmark on 7 March 2024. The notes mature on October 2, 2028. The bonds bear interest at a fixed rate of 4.375% per year.
The bond will be issued under MuniFin’s €45 billion program for bond issuance. The final terms of the offering circular, supplementary offering circular and notes are available in English on the company’s website at www.munifin.fi/investor-relations.
MuniFin has applied to be allowed to trade the bonds on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, which is managed by Nasdaq Helsinki. Public trading is expected to begin on March 7, 2024.
JP Morgan SE, RBC Europe Limited and TD Global Finance unlimited company are acting as joint lead managers for the bond issue.
