NeighborWorks Great Falls kicked off its annual fundraiser on March 4th.
Some of the events that will take place during the fundraiser include:
- Montana Credit Union: Swipe for a Cause, March 4-15.1 penny for every debit and credit card swipe
It will be donated to NWGF. - Annie’s Tap House: On March 14 from 6-8 p.m., $1 for every pint purchased will be donated to NWGF.
- Life in Bloom: Proceeds from all bouquets purchased on March 4 and March 15 will be donated to NWGF.
City supports historic designation of Barts building
The following events are outside of the fundraising period but are part of the campaign.
- Crumble Cookies: On March 20th from 3pm to 6pm, 15 percent of the proceeds from every cookie purchased will be donated to NWGF.
- Mighty Mo Brew Co. Raise a Pint Night: For every pint purchased, $1 will be donated to NWGF on April 8th from 5pm to 8pm.
- Brush Crazy Paint for a Cause: April 17, 5:30-8:30 p.m., 50 percent of proceeds during this period will be donated to NWGF.
NWGF will hold an open house at its offices at 509 1st Ave. S. on March 21 from 4 to 6 p.m. to commemorate the fund’s activities and give community members an opportunity to see the building and get to know the staff. .
Other participating companies helping raise funds include Opportunity Bank, Bravela Bank, First Interstate Bank, Stockman Bank, Double Barrel Coffee, Felins Furniture, and Highline Climbing Center.
“When you donate to NeighborWorks Great Falls or participate in any of the fundraisers listed above, you are making an investment.
So many in the community. Your donation will be used to build new homes, educate and support future homeowners.
Families gain economic security, we eliminate blight, and we make Great Falls a better place for all of us to live, work, and play,” NWGF said.
