BRAINERD — The Brainerd Lakes Area Community Foundation announced that the Nisswa Enrichment Fund will join the foundation’s family of funds powered by CommunityGiving.
“BLACF is honored to host this fund and is excited to see its impact in supporting a variety of enrichment projects in one of Minnesota’s finest small towns!” Breiner said Terry Foster, executive director of the Lakes Area Community Foundation. News release: “Having an enrichment fund will enable Nisswa to respond to emerging needs in the community.”
Tax-deductible donations are now being accepted to grow the fund and support Nisswa projects, including park improvements and expansions.
Nissula City Administrator Jenny Max said, “We look forward to seeing how this fund will be used as an additional source of funding to support improvements in our city.” I would like to express my great gratitude to the Mayor and City Council of Nissula for their support.” Our vision is to launch this fund to provide an avenue for residents, businesses and visitors to engage and support the enrichment of our communities. This will be a real game changer that will help fund the immediate and future needs of the Nisswa community. ”
