NORWAY — Norwegian Savings Bank presented Norway Memorial Library with a $2,800 donation to help replace the library’s roof.
Funds donated on January 16 will go to the library’s annual fund, which was established in 2001 to enhance and improve services and maintain the library’s building and grounds, located at 258 Main Street.
“A gift like this to the Annual Fund means we don’t have to defer maintenance,” said Library President Mary Delano. “The library is not a run-down old building; it is vibrant and well-maintained. Donations like this make a huge difference.”
